Keep tickets in a safe place

We encourage ticket holders to keep all tickets safely. There is no replacement, re-issue or refund for tickets that are lost, stolen or mutilated. Please also handle the tickets with care as exposure to water, dirt, heat or sunlight may damage them. Should any part of the ticket become unreadable or detached, the ticket holder may be refused admission.

Complimentary Public Transport

Each Singapore 2010 Competition ticket will come with a Singapore 2010 DBS Visa Prepaid Companion Card that entitles you to complimentary public transport that includes four MRT/LRT rides and unlimited bus rides on the day of the event. For a preview of the DBS Visa prepaid cards, please refer to Prepaid Card.

The Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games DBS Visa Prepaid Companion Card is a DBS and Visa branded prepaid card designed and issued exclusively for the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games. Visa Prepaid Cards can be loaded with an amount or stored value, then used as a cashless and convenient way to pay for your retail and online purchases wherever Visa cards are accepted, locally or abroad. Once activated, the DBS Visa Prepaid Card(s) can be used before, during and after the Games as long as you top up your Visa-purse. You can use it as you would a credit or debit card. The Card also has a contactless ez-link purse embedded in it, which means you can use it to get around on local public transport, pay your ERP fees and even make payments at ez-link merchants islandwide as long as you top up your ez-link purse.

This world's first "all-in-one" limited edition card has similar transit and transactional functions as the DBS Visa Prepaid Companion card. It allows each spectator to enjoy complimentary public transport (four MRT/LRT rides and unlimited bus rides) for the ceremony event day. You can also activate and put funds into the Visa and/or ez-link purse and use the card at respective merchants.
