• Public sales of tickets to the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games start from 31 March 2010.
• All ticketed sports events are by general admission.
• All spectators, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter a venue.
• Infants in arms or children without a valid ticket will not be admitted.
• Ticket prices range from S$10 for the Preliminaries to S$30 for the Finals.
• There will be no discount on the ticket prices for any sessions.
• Ticket sales are subject to availability and sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Tickets to the opening and closing ceremonies will be made available at a later date.

From March 2010 and all the way to Games time, you can buy your ticket online via the Singapore 2010 website at www.singapore2010.sg/tickets. The bookings are processed in real time on a first-come-first-served basis.

From March 2010 and all the way to Games time, you can call the Singapore 2010 Ticketing Call Centre Hotline at +65 6348 2010 from 9am to 10pm daily to speak to the customer service officer who will be happy to process your ticket purchases in real time on a first-come-first-served basis.

From March 2010 and all the way to Games time, you can approach any of the 29 Authorised Ticket Counters* in Singapore to buy your tickets in real time on a first-come-first-served basis.

Sports Competition Venues

Singapore 2010 Venue Box Offices will open on days when there are competition events to provide ticket sales services at the various venues.

Please note: Aside from Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee (SYOGOC) and SISTIC.com Pte Ltd, any individual or group claiming to sell Singapore 2010 tickets is making that claim falsely. Buyers should be aware that tickets bought from unauthorised sources are not valid and will not be accepted for entry to Games venues.

For Accessible Seating

If you require accessible seating, please contact the Singapore 2010 Ticketing Call Centre at +65 6348 2010. Be sure to tell the customer service officer that you require accessible seating so that our officer can advise you accordingly. There are a limited number of accessible seats available at the venues and SYOGOC will do our best to arrange accessible seating for you where possible. Please note that tickets for accessible seats cannot be purchased through the website or at the Venue Box Offices during Games time.

Visa

Cash
Cash will be accepted at Authorised Ticket Counters and Venue Box Offices.

For those who are buying tickets online or by phone, you will be asked to choose your preferred delivery or collection option during the purchase. We would like to encourage all spectators to collect your tickets in person where possible to avoid any risk of loss of tickets in delivery. SYOGOC is not liable in the event of damage or loss of parcels during delivery and there are no replacements for lost or stolen tickets.

Collection at Authorised Ticket Counters

To collect your tickets at any of the Authorised Ticket Counters, please bring along your Visa credit card used for purchase, identification card and the official ticket order e-confirmation. Please arrange to collect your tickets at least one day before event day.

We understand that you may not be able to collect your tickets personally, and may wish to appoint another person to do so on your behalf. Please fill in the details in the Letter of Authorisation below and print a copy of this letter for your appointed representative. Please ensure that the representative whom you authorised must present all the following documents at the point of ticket collection: -

1. This original Letter of Authorisation, duly completed and signed
2. The Ticket Order E-confirmation issued at the point of purchase
3. A photocopy of the your [the original credit cardholder] NRIC/Passport/FIN card, and
4. The appointed representative's original NRIC/Passport/FIN card

Registered Mail

We can arrange to send the tickets to you via registered mail to your preferred local or international mailing address in generic packaging. Please note this service is only applicable for bookings made at least 10 days before the event day. Tickets sent by local and international registered mail will be delivered in 7 and 14 working days respectively, from day of purchase.

For those buying tickets directly from the Authorised Ticket Counters, you will receive your tickets immediately.
