After travelling to five cities around the world, the Youth Olympic Flame will arrive in Singapore for a 6-day traditional torch relay run. This marks the highlight of the Journey of the Youth Olympic Flame as the nation counts down to the final days before the start of the first Youth Olympic Games.
2,400 torchbearers will have the honour of carrying the first Youth Olympic Flame, which represents the Olympic Values of Excellence, Friendship and Respect. The torch relay winds through the streets of Singapore, through all the five community districts and ending in the heart of the city. As part of the relay, the Flame will grace Singapore's bustling financial district, cultural city centre before finally reaching the waters of the beautiful Marina Reservoir, and the Float@Marina Bay - the venue for the Singapore 2010 Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

We invite everyone to be a part of Olympic history, and welcome the Youth Olympic Flame to the shores of Singapore.
Each torch relay day will take place from 9.00am to 7.00pm. Cheer the torchbearers on and witness the spectacle of the long torch relay convoy as they pass the neighbourhoods, schools and offices.
Every night, a different district in Singapore will host a Community Celebration to mark the arrival of the Youth Olympic Flame. Celebrate with the nation for seven nights of excitement and festivities with your family and friends. Admission is free.
